This document describes how COLMINK works in relation to your data and your use of the service.
COLMINK sets four first-party cookies, all needed to make the service work: colmink_session keeps you signed in (14 days); colmink_consent remembers your cookie choice (1 year); colmink_active_business remembers which of your stores you are managing (1 year); colmink_pi exists only while you finish buying a plan you picked (24 hours). None of them tracks you across other sites.
COLMINK sets no advertising, analytics or cross-site cookies. There is one optional cookie, in the marketing category: if you arrive through a partner link, colmink_ref records which partner referred you so they are credited if you sign up (30 days, first-party, never shared). It is stored ONLY if you accept the marketing category — decline and no attribution is recorded. The optional categories stay off unless you accept them.
If you accept the marketing category, these cookies exist — all conditional on that choice and none before it: _fbp (Meta, 90 days) identifies the browser for the Meta Pixel; _fbc (Meta, 90 days) stores the click id of a Meta ad; _ttp (TikTok, 13 months) identifies the browser for the TikTok Pixel; clm_attr (COLMINK, 30 days, first-party) stores which campaign or ad you arrived from on your first visit (utm, fbclid, ttclid), to attribute your registration to that source; clm_sid (COLMINK, session, first-party) is a random session id used only to count visits and consent decisions, without identifying you. Declining the marketing category prevents all of them; you can change your mind under "Cookie settings" in the footer.
You can change your choice at any time in Account → Manage cookies, or by clearing your browser cookies and choosing again.
COLMINK is a product of OneSevenOh Innovations, operated by Panóplia Positiva Unipessoal, Lda.
